This is insane...Europe has a very good health care system and this in no way means that people just sit at home procreating and having children and depending on welfare like some man said.
Now, I haven't stated everything is perfect, people sometimes do abuse the system, this is why in Germany for example people now have to pay for some medicine and €10 for their first visit to the doctor in a period of 3 months.
Fascism and communism are both on opposite sides of the spectrum, how can anyone confuse them?
I am by no means an expert on health care policy in the States, but I do agree that something needs to be done for Americans who don't have proper health insurance...
