Actually he was a very helpful Tourist Policeman. I couldn't find a Bancolombia ATM, and he said "I have a 'car', I'll drive you there", and he did.

Thanks I did and left message. I aquestion for you, I don't speak alot of spanish so getting around is not easy. If the s hits the fan do you know of any cheap but safe hotels in Bogota. My idea is to bus or fly there and lay low till my big check comes on the 1st
