My wife had her fiancee visa application ' deferred '. Naturally, I was pretty furious and harassed the shit out the people in the embassy. I even went as far as to call Nick Miller (the consul? at the time) a slimey little wanker. I complained to the FCO, Home Office and magically, they gave her the visa because after review there was indeed actually enough evidence to grant her the visa. bunch of punks.

This year, my employers outsourced a hefty chunk of work to an Indian company...the problem is the quality of work. They are absolutely rubbish....they need guys like me to re-do the work that the Indians do. I hate seeing my profession rubbished by tight asses.....it reminds me of the first wave of 'cheap' websites when people thought 'hey...i've got a copy of frontpage...i DONT need a designer'. I survived that threat...i'm sure I'll see off the indians and brazilians....

oh...i agree with flatline...especially when it comes to user experience. I work with UX consultants from the states that are degree'd out their asses and I have to admit....sometimes their recommendations leave me baffled. To the point when I wonder if they've ever cracked open a browser and actually had a go of this 'internet'. I started off in design...then after years of trial and error, discovered what worked best for end users. It seems to work. I'm not from the states though and I'm only 34.

Try a pomona in Poblado. Its a difficult call getting specialty ingredients like this in Medellin. I'm pretty sure I wont be able to find cyder vinegar and walnut oil..... Olive Oil is pretty expensive as it is..... I'm guessing you don't have health food shops in Medellin? I can't wait til I come back and tell people that I can't eat red meat/dairy products now (I've developed some digestion disorder).
