From Miami/FLL are the best fares to Colombia. Now JetBlue also has non-stop from Orlando. This time of year though the airfares all really high.

Major airlines:

Avianca of course,
American
Now Spirit out of FLL.

All have direct flights to either Bogota, Medellin or Cartagena and starting soon Spirit to Armenia (Eje cafetero region). Mexico city first proly to Bogota then can catch a regional to the other cities (Aerorepublica or Avianca).

Although distance may be more may save a couple hundred US or so if you fly thru MIA.

MEX also to Panama City on Copa then Copa goes to the big cities in Colombia.
