layover at juarez airport

I have a 6 hour layover at Juarez airport 9:00am to 2:30pm. I would like to take a quick trip into the city.
1) Any great restaurant I should go to for breakfast. I would like to go somewhere that is unique to mexico city.
2) Any thing I should see in the short time I am there.

Please keep in mind that I cannot venture to far from the airport and it should be in a relatively safe area.

Do you have to be at the airport at 2:30, or three hours before that?

I am not a local, and do not remember the names of some fairly good places I ate breakfast. If you want a memorable meal, I would look in a travel guide or use Google. The airport has fifteen or so reasonably prices restaurants that serve Mexican, Italian, fast foody cuisine -- and would be good enough for me. There are some chain restaurants by the airport.

Mexico City is spread out, a taxi ride to the main zocalo might take 30-45 minutes? The zocalo is okay, usual precautions apply. The best site in Mexico City is the anthropology museum, which to see properly takes at least a day. You might get something out of it in four hours, though.
