Hostels in (the CITY of) Guanajuato

Hey Guys,
I've been looking online for a hostel in Guanajuato, and I keep finding ones that are in the STATE of Guanajuato but not in the city. Do you know of any hostels in the city that you would recommend? Thanks,
Chris

Can't recommend but this appears to be where you're looking. If not, sorry hahaha. Good luck.

There are many hostels in Guanajuato, mostly in the Cantarranas street downtown and the Baratillo. These rarely fill up, so you would find a spot without reservations.. They run eight to twelve dollars a night. A nice hotel (I like Meson del Rosario) might run fifty dollars a night. The Lonely Planet lists plenty, but I have not stayed in them. The lady who runs the Bagel Cafetin (Cafe Bageltin) is very nice, and runs a hostel, I might try that. She also makes her own bagels and serves delicious coffee.
