Has anyone been to the Barceló hotels in the Riviera Maya? If so, can you please share your experience there?

I have been in several Barcelo Hotels,& have yet to have a good experience.. Thus,NO MORE Barcelo.. lousy service,damp,stinky rooms,etc.
