Mumbai style Sev Puri Recipe?

Does anyone have a recipe for Mumbai style Sev Puri? I want to make some for my birthday party on Saturday....I did some searches online but want to make it authentic. They seem like they r throwing in alot of extra shit that i can't decipher as "foreign" from Mumbai style.
