How much do things cost in Quito?

I would like an idea of how much things cost in Quito. Is it cheaper or more expensive than Colombia? Like how much is a regular lunch? a bottle of water (do they sell water in bags, too)? A bottle of beer from the store? an empanada? an hour of internet? etc.

Ecuador is way cheaper especially if you visit colonial quito you could rent a nice 2 bedroom furnished apt for 400 a month internet .65 to .75 cents per hour empanadas at smaller stores 12 for 2.50
