Long-Term Visas - Relocation???

Sorry if this seems REALLY basic but there doesn't seem to be much of anything about Cuba, except that the people are the happiest on Earth (take THAT Walt Disney!!!) and friendly and it's REALLY easy to get there from Toronto. LOL

Is there ANY info on long term stays or perhaps even relocation there??? Anything similar to a pensionado visa program for ex pats??? How easy/difficult is that? Can you buy property there? Is it expensive, say compared to Colombia or Panama?

Any info along these lines will be appreciated.
