Relaxed sea-side town at the coast, popular with Colombians. You can visit off-shore islands and go diving from here - a 3 hour boat trip takes you to Mucara Island, for example, in the Islas de San Bernardo (trip is about US$ 20). You can also take trips to mangrove islands.
You can get here on a collectivo from Sincelejo, or by bus from Cartagena (4 hours). Bus from Medellin is about 10 hours.
