well I´m here right now and it´s not too bad I guess.
It´s not a hostel or anything like it. I somehow got caught here in B´caramanga unprepared without a hostel and so ended up here.

The lowest price is 30,000COP for a room with a fan. i think it´s like 35,000COP for a room with an AC.
Taxi from the bus terminal was 5,500COP

I stayed here in Feb 2010, and it's the worst hotel I stayed in while in Colombia in 2010. I stayed one night, but the next day moved to a new place. Yes it's cheap, but unless you are "very very poor but happy" I would avoid this place. They showed me two rooms and both were falling apart. The neighborhood is bad as well. I will write a full review when I get back home and have more time. I ended up staying at Hotel D'Leon near the "La Isla" station of the new transit system. Yes, it was US$35 a night instead of $15, but well worth it. There's another place on the opposite side of the block from D'Leon (has an Italian name) that was 5.000 less, but brand new and on a very quiet street.
