Vertigo Theme Parks Inc and the New Amusment park in Colombia...need advice!

I had posted informacion about this company before and I got some interesting information. Now I'm looking at the stock. Has anyone ever invested/looked at this company as an investment. Anyone have any more information regarding the park they are planning to build in Colombia. Any informacion would be very helpful. Thank you
