US ambassador apologizes to Colombian Supreme Court

I think they told him Gafas and Cesar can't be extradited because it wasn't part of the deal when they arranged for Ingrid's release.

"Arranged for Ingrid's release"? It seems FARC sympathizers like you have trouble accepting the fact that she was rescued, eh?

Where do you get that idea ?

The courts don't allow extradition of drug traffickers and now sadistic jailers. The court is a bunch of whoosies gaining favor of their powerful backers.

What would it hurt ? Nothing,, what would it help? Set an example that kidnapping was serious with assured punishment.

Now,, kidnapping appears to be something that a little money an influence can fix.

So,, next time someone kidnaps they can be assured a light duty sentence if they are high enough in the organization.

Ingrid,, it seems, showed her TRUE motivation,, greed, narcissism and believing her own press. Not to mention other petty and sordid affairs.

Ingrid is the epitome of a spoiled rich bitch.

Excerpt of new book:
Keith Stansell, one of the employees of Northrop Grumman, says the Colombian-French policy was as a haughty, self-centered, who stole food, hid books and even accusing the rebels against the three Americans being CIA agents .

"I saw her try to want to take control of the camp with an arrogance that was out of control," said Keith Stansell.
----------------------------------------------------
Whow: Rich bitch indeed,, and it seems having an affair with one of the other kidnapped Colombians.

Colombian Chickens are crowing about the new President of the U.S. who will assure that From each according to their ability to each according to their need.

romy, it is pretty straightforward to me that the reason one of them is not being extradited is because he is only being charged with kidnapping, and that crime took place exclusively in Colombia. The other guy, who is being extradited, is also being charged with drug trafficking, which is a cross-border crime. I think the court took a very logic decision.
