Hi Gorgonabob, I'm in the proces of turning it into a hotel, the adress is Calle 61 Cra 50A 58
There are lots of plans for Prado centro to turn the barrio into a tourist center. I,ve been working on this project for over a year and seen lots of new businesses pop up and people renovating houses in the area. It's going to take some time but I think Prado centro will be similar to La Candelaria in Bogota in not too much time.
Anyway if you're in the area give me a call and I'll be more than happy to show the house.

Sounds like you're talking about el centro......have you ever been to Prado Centro? It's a pretty nice area with beautiful architecture, theatres and small restaurants.

Hi everyone. We have started an alternative contemporary arts space in Prado Centro called Casa Tres Patios. We have exhibitions of contemporary art, lectures by artists and other activities. Prado is in the process of developing a new image, and really needs more people to live here to revitalize the area, and in the process make it more secure. I just recently heard about Oviedo's project, I think it is exactly the type of project the neighborhood needs. I am looking forward to visiting the hotel. I encourage everyone to come to Prado, and to think about living here. As more people move in more businesses will pop-up and little by little the neighborhood will become better and safer.
