Robert Jorge says on Nov 5, 2009, 16:30: What is the policy about coming home after-hours? I wouldn't want to show up at 4am-ish and have to ring a bell or buzzer and disturb everybody. What's the price for a couple - same as the quoted room price? Do you have hot water? I am interested, just need some more info. Thanks "You can not take the barrio out of the girl you really can't." softair says on Nov 5, 2009, 18:34: I myself staying long term here and it cannot get any better, highly recommended, much better than any hostal at El Poblado and you can have a taste of the real city/people and still be a few metro stations away from 10 street.

kingfish5515 says on Nov 6, 2009, 06:05: What is the monthly rate? Do rooms have a small refridge or microwave ect? In Prado I am only familiar with the area adjacent to the Oasis Hostel, which I may add is another nice lower priced alternative. Is this place near there. If so it is a fairly nice area. Do you have pics of the rooms and house? I sent you a pm but not sure you got it. KF

Oviedo (☼Travelguide writer) says on Nov 6, 2009, 09:57: Prado Centro is a nice estrato four barrio with nice architecture, lots of culture and a lot of professionals working and living here. As far as safety goes it's a mostly residencial area so it gets quiet after say 9 or 10 pm so if you're out late I would advise to take a taxi back (wich you probably would do regardless wich part of Medellin you're staying) www.61prado.comfortable rooms at great prices in the center of Medellin 0 funny, 1 helpful. |
