New, furnished rooms, in 12-bedroom building, now available in MEDELLIN 400-500K pesos/ month

just finishing a new building in Medellin near Laureles

Rooms are furnished with bed, linens, desk, TV, chair, etc., the basics.
Of course, internet, washer/dryer, kitchens, cable TV.

I would also venture a guess that a taxi from Joel´s place to the base of parque lleras would take all of 8 minutes (barring heavy traffic on the 10) and cost less than 6 mil if going the route of Cra 66b in Belen crossing the 30 traffic light into and thru Barrio Antioquia (a little fea but what the hell) and over to the 10 by Terminal del Sur, where your next traffic light would be all the way over by Exito in Poblado coming up the 10. Super rapido!

hot showers and great pressure throughout. the bathrooms are shared. 5 bathrooms for 10 people. 1 block from bodytech laureles. 2-3 blocks from unicentro. directly next to the 2 swimming pools of the Unidad Deportiva de Belen (Belen sports recreation area)
