I'm beginning to understand why there are so many " Troll Attacks " here. You delete comments that shouldn't really be deleted. The person gets pissed, signs up with another user name and joins the ranks of the trolls.

I always thought it a bit weird, that grown men would resort to such childish nonsense on a forum such as this. Now I understand. Where can I go to sign up as a troll...??

There are so many trolls in here because a lot of inappropriate subject matter is allowed to become matter of fact. Also, when you add gringos especially gringos from the U.S. and Europe you also add a tremendous amount of immature or holier than thou behavior. There is way too much talk about sex, places to get sex, where to get Colombian girls, etc. I have seen so many posts in here that ask for information on places to see and things to do in a certain area and the response is sex, bars and the like. This is not Colombia. And when you call someone out they run to mommy and cry foul, "that person is not being nice to me mommy." If you have an opinion that is not in total agreement with the poster you are called out as stupid and other derogatory names. It is almost impossible to have a mature and meaningful discussion without someone trolling in to add what he/she thinks are funny response...99% of them are not.

"signs up with another user name and joins the ranks of the trolls." is not really done anymore. You can't log in with multiple IP addresses or whatever the control mechanism is. And Ray you shouldn't have to sign up as a troll...I have always thought you were one.

There used to be one person in here who is no longer on PBH who did whatever he wanted to do to insult people. He used lies, fabrications on who he was inappropriate language; if you disagreed or challenged him he would become as mean spirited as possible. He was the person that people did everything they could to avoid him or avoid disagreeing with him. He was never wrong on any subject. Why was he this way? He was doing everything possible to drive people away from PBH to his own web site where you can say anything especially anything disrespectful to anyone or about anyone whether or not there is any truth to the comment. People will always want to bring down someone who is successful because to be successful takes a tremendous effort which people like the guy I am referring to will never make the effort of take the risk.

Bill, I would love to see your new column. I have a great respect for most of your posting as being respectful, intelligent, and fair minded.

Seems to me everyone in here should lighten up a bit. It would make the entire forum a nicer place. Life is serious enough without stressing over this silly little forum no matter which side of the fence you tend to sit on. Trolls or serious posters most of all. Stick to the middle ground. Live, laugh, love...
