Modern Bogota apartment for rent cheap May- August

My apartment in North Bogota will be available May - mid september as I'm visiting family in UK. It is modern (only 5 years old), has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room. It is North Bogota, next to Mazuren transmilenio stop (Bogota's fast metro style bus service). 10mins from Zona Rosa. 30 mins from Candelaria (Old city/centre).
We would want 250,000 pesos ($150 US) per week. This includes all bills plus broadband wifi internet (best speed available in Bogota), cable TV, a celular phone (with 100mins per month) and landline with unlimited local calls, cleaner once a fortnight, a fully equipped kitchen (including large fridge freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, gas hobs, juice extractor, blender, spice/coffee grinder) . The living room has a Hi fi, there is a portable cd player for the bedroom and you can have the cable tv in any room. Also has home deliveries of groceries (400 pesos/20 cents per delivery). It has 24 hour 2-man security with porter's lodge, one parking space. Quiet neighbourhood 3 min walk to park with soccer/basketball court and public tennis court. 10 mins walk from large supermarket and various shopping districts.

Payment would be by paypal at the beginning of each month and we would want a deposit up front.
