Medellin apartment to share/room for rent Belen Good Price

Apartment to share rent with in Medellin.
Only one other person lives in it (me)and I am not home that much.
Newer building close to many things, gym, resturaunts, supermarkets, malls.

Nice sized room has a double bed, its own bathroom with hot water and a TV with cable.
Apartment has wireless DSL internet..
Its off of la 80 in Belen near centro commercial Los Molinos.
For students of EAFIT, there is a bus that goes directly there every 5 minutes, 15 minute ride.

I'm not looking to make money on this, just someone mature and reliable to split rent with.
Also preferably someone who will be staying in Medellin for at least a few months, but short term is ok also.
Its available now. 500,000 pesos per month (approx 250.00 dollars)
350,000 for 2 weeks. ( 175.000 dollars)
