Hello all,
We are planning a trip to Guajira the beginning of May and are wondering how to get
to Punta Gallinas from Riohacha without an organized tour.
Any buses / private cars / taxis etc?
How about 4x4 rentals in Riohacha?
I know the roads are bad and many novices get lost....how about using GPS...?
Same questions for Macuira/ Nazareth
Any advice / contacts/pricing highly appreciated
THanks so much
Albert

dreamingofkingston says on Mar 9, 2009, 15:49: do you speak spanish? travelling in la guajira is a great experience, you will be able to find all the information you need there, talking to locals. the transportation is sparse but does exist. generally renting spaces in 4WD, jeeps etc

The problem is that we only have limited time (about a week) so I'd like to find out as much info and prices before we depart....thanks for your help.
