Hey use a speedboat. The US has a wet foot dry foot policy. Immigration will let her stay.

Elian Gonzalez was returned to Cuba to his LIVING biological father. Elian was taken away from his Father under false pretenses. He wasnt an ADULT seeking political asylum.

I think it would be VERY hard. The US Coast Guard is very well equiped and experienced in just such interdictions.

Chances are pretty good, its probably done several times a week by many here in Miami. Better yet, Try the DR into Puerto Rico, once in PR you are home free. Boats leave every day for PR from the Dom Rep

Boy Elian was essentially kidnapped from Cuba. I am very familiar with that case, my Boss at the time escorted Elian back to Cuba with his family.

Does she have a Cuban accent and can she answer extremely detailed and intimate questions about "her life" in Cuba?
