i have a space that i think is suitable for a coffee/espresso bar/kiosk, but i lack the expertise needed to equip the place, choose product, train staff, etc.
are there any accomplished barristas in Medellin? know how to choose equipment, choose/prepare coffee, latte art, etc.?
if you are qualified and available, let me know. this could lead to some consulting hours, or actual employment.
