Bogotá y Cartagena

Wondering if anybody has any recommendations for cheap hostels ($10/night range) in Cartagena and Bogotá that are in good areas. I never know about searching reviews due to possible interests an fake reviews, so first hand reviews would be great. Would prefer any areas non-questionable. I'm willing to pay a bit more too if you have good suggestions also.
