Across from the Boveda's in Old City you can negotiate for about $60 bucks a night to cover 5 of you. Colo style living but decent enough. Walk to Supermercado.

15 story or so building in Boca Grande for $80-100 for 5 guys, right where all the horse carriages line up at night...damn whats the name?....walk to the rest of Boca Grande, old city end of Boca. Bare bones, but again can't beat the price.

Dozens of places that cost more in both areas...some with more amenities no doubt!
