Apostille of Certificado Judicial

This is a new one for me. I have to get a Certificado Judicial apostilled by the MRE. I was told at DAS that I HAVE to go to Bogotà for this, but wondering if that's really true.

Anyone know if there's a service to get this done through the mail from MDE?

You don't have go to Bogota, I've done this several times with Servientrega it takes some time I think about a week for the whole process. Here in Cali they have one specialized office where you can do this.

Okay, thanks to the esteemed PBH panel, I've saved myself an unneccesary trip, and to close out the thread for future users, here's the deal:

Lili hit it on the head. Done easily at Alpujarra, but 50,000. Just need the certificate, the cash, and the cèdula.

To give credit where credit is due, the service was FANTASTIC. For example, there was a little confusion at the office, so after about 10 minutes there, the guy, Juan, gave me his personal cell phone number so I could call him back at my convenience to get the scoop at my convenience. Similar experience at DAS. Try doing this back home with your friendly local beaurocrat.
