I don't know what's up with Aires , all i see is sales sales sales , but when I bought my ticket from them to go from Bogota to cali , i bought that online , they had a promotion , it came about approx. $135.00 american dollars. but something came up and had to cancel. I canceled about 2 weeks in advance, but I never got back my money. tried to call them but no one answers the phone. I checked my flight on their web site it shows that my flight was canceled , but I never got credited for my refund.I even e mailed them , but never got an answer , it just seems that I was dealing with a ghost. it is kinda scary dealing with a business like this.

Try all the contact numbers/emails, then if you still can't talk to someone that can help just call your credit card company and tell them that they are MIA and you need them to refund the money for you.

I booked via phone, flight mde/pty return. A week later I called to confirm, they advised my flight was booked on old schedule they don’t fly anymore. Now I would have 4 hour layover in Pereira and it would be $56 more. Asked for refund and was told it was not possible, since my Spanish sucks and their English was worse I gave. My wife (Colombian) called back in Spanish and got nowwhere either. Paid the extra. Screwed again.
