Oh yes, absolutely. You can start by going to www.paginasamarillas.com and search for "Agencias de Viajes". When we were there whe checked out Aviatur and Viajes Aeromedellín (http://www.aeromedellin.com/). They have a ton of tours with lunch and other stuff included and they're a blast. You have to check with them periodically because they already have their dates set, this way you'll know what's available when you're ready to travel.

By the way, Confama also has tours scheduled throughout the year.

Contact: viajesglobo at hotmail.com
They have many tours available. Don't forget to ask for a 10% discount.

I would call up some of the hostels in Medellin and see what they suggest for their guests. The hostel crowd is a young intenational & adventuresome bunch.

Google:

Black Sheep
Tiger Paw
Casa Kiwi
Pitstop
