goodmorning, new friend, nice to have the acquaintance...

are you living in medallo now? or other 'someplace' in colombia? we're temporarily in exile in florida, apart from the family in medallo as our youngest is in private school here...we don't want her studying in colombia. pity, no? she is in highschool and will be attending the u.s. airforce academy and georgetown univ, downstream.

and you?

Are you the earlier poster who was a widower in Canada? If so when you last posted under an earlier name you were still suffering from the death of your wife. I remember because I had gone through the same experiencies and could recognize some of the same symtoms.

It took me at leat ten years to learn to live with the death. One never "gets over it"!

It takes a lifetime, Aztec, and yet after all those years the memory of the one who went away is still part of you.

aztec & desi,

Yes , I am the former WidowerfromCanada... No one never gets over it and I love Desi words..
I could not have said it better..

My Novia is not jealous at all of my late wife's memory.. She wants pictures in our house of my Late wife so my kids never forget her.. She went to church one night and prayed and was sad that because my late wife had passed on she would had my love and a new future family..

She is a very sensitive woman and believes strongly that somehow my late wife and god had a hand in us getting together.. We have known each other for 3.5 years now..

It will be 4 years on July 15/08 at around 5.25 pm central time that she will be gone.. I will always miss her and never forget her.. I don't think one ever gets over it..

Strangely to me this is one of the reason's my future wife loves me.. She thinks it is great I had a wonderful marriage , loved my wife and I still miss my late wife.. She says that it shows "I have a big heart and I am great man".. Those are her words not mine.. I just tell her , I am a normal man who is in love with you just trying to do my best.. I am looking forward to my future with our kids and my soon to be new wife..
