looking to compare

hey guys,

am looking for a place to settle in south america. have considered colombia and have been many times, but bolivia looks interesting. will be doing it on a limited budget so need to keep it somewhat simple. somewhere around 1200.00 per month would work for me. the only thing i need is a gym and a tv for material things.............thanks.
