Englishman looking for family accommodation in Buenos Aires

I am coming to Buenos Aires for two months or more (December - February 2009), to learn Spanish (and also a teacher training course).
I am looking for a comfortable room to rent near the town centre, with a cultured/professional family who will speak only Spanish with me (I am leaving Medellin in Colombia because too many people speak English to me!).
Other requirements:
The room must be quiet, with a desk and the possibility to connect to wi-fi.
Possibility to park a motorcycle somewhere (I might buy one when I arrive).
Evening meals with the family is preferred.

RUV says on Feb 12, 2009, 17:22: Do a search on the web. There are hundreds of apartments for rent. They range in prices and location. I rented an apartment and it was more comfortable and cheaper then the hotels. Seriously look on the web. 0 funny, 0 helpful.
