Can someone help me with an interpretation/definition/opinion?

Please help me.

I'd like to know your opinions/interpretations/defintions of "fascism" as it pertains to moderation of an internet message board.

Fascists believe only the strong can survive by asserting themselves in conflict against the weak.

Is it possible that moderators have power and possibly assert themselves only because they can............... and not because it is for the good of the community?
